 We'd like you to help us light up our Christmas Tree on December 1st!
This year, we’re asking for your help to trim the tree and light the lights. December 1st is Giving Tuesday and every donation of $20 or more will light one of the 25 lights on this lovely hand drawn Christmas Tree by Theatre on the Ridge artist, Frances Loiselle. Each December, Giving Tuesday brings the global community together for an influential day of positive impact that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate and celebrate generosity. It’s a great way to start your holiday giving by making a transformational gift for your community and we hope that you’ll put us on your gift list. As a member of our theatre family, you know that Covid 19 has had a dramatic effect on all performing arts and cultural organizations, including Theatre on the Ridge. Yes, we’ve been able to gather together to share live theatre when restrictions have permitted, but not in any way that is viable on an ongoing basis. With your help we can keep bringing you live stage readings, productions, more podcasts and community events. We can continue to support local and emerging theatre artists and adapt to the ongoing challenges of Covid by exploring more virtual and online presentations and programs. We can even stage a reimagined Festival 2021 next summer!
